The high-quality wires have passed the UL certification. If you want to know whether the manufacturer that makes the LED transparent screen is reliable, the most direct way is to remove the outer skin of the wire and count the number of the wire cores inside! The modules with 15, 17, 19 or even 20, 30 multi-core wires should be no worse than the modules with 14 and 11 cores, and vice versa.
After lighting for a period of time, touch the lamp beads of the transparent LED video screen with your hand. If the temperature of the bulb is very high, it will even burn your hand. It is certainly not as stable as those with low temperatures.
If the solder joint of the product is full, it proves that the welding process is good. If the brightness of the product is high, it proves that the solder quality is good; The serious problem is the faulty welding, which is prone to poor contact and troublesome subsequent maintenance.
At present, there are two ways to make the transparent LED video screen: one is the positive luminescence, the other is the side luminescence. The permeability of the side luminescence is relatively high. The positive luminous lamp bead is the traditional LED display lamp bead.
