Precautions for transportation and installation of LED transparent screens

Generally speaking, LED transparent screens are characterized by ultra-light, ultra-thin, and ultra-transparent features, with modularized design of product structure, making them more concise. The screen body can be installed quickly and simply, with modularized connectors for the connection of the box, and wireless connection between the upper and lower boxes, making it clean and beautiful. At the same time, the screen body is easy to maintain, with the receiving card and power supply integrated into a modularized structure, allowing for simple and quick disassembly and maintenance. It is mainly used in the fields of stage rental, hotel theater, commercial center, and window display.

Of course, the LED transparent screen is affected by the quality, temperature, protection, transportation, installation and other environment, which may also cause damage to the display screen. Therefore, the transportation and installation workers should pay special attention. The components of the LED transparent screen are easily damaged due to improper handling, so please pay special attention to the protection of the screen during unpacking, placement, transportation and installation.

Currently, there are mainly the following methods for processing LED transparent screens:

(1). Avoid contact between the front and corners of the LED display and other materials, including: transportation containers, desktops, and carts (any hard objects). It is recommended to wear gloves and anti-static wristbands before assembly and remove rings, watches, etc. Swinging product cables or tools with the wrong direction may damage the LED transparent screen.

(2). Do not rest the LED display on its edges. When not in use, place it back in its packaging.

(3). If the LED display must be taken out of the shipping box, place it face up on a clean, lint free foam pad at least as large as the LED display.

(4). If the LED surface must be placed face down, use a non-abrasive surface with cushioning, and align its surface parallel to the placement surface.

(5). Pay attention to the strong magnets used in the LED display and disassembly tools.

(6). Keep loose fasteners, tools, and other ferrous materials away from the LED display during installation.

(7) Wear soft cotton gloves when handling the LED display, which can prevent oil and sweat from staining the surface of the display.
